Terms of Service

These terms cover the website design service offered by FlatRateSite (“we,” “us”). By submitting an intake or paying for a website, you agree to them.
1. What we deliver
For a one-time fee of $497, we build a website of up to 3 pages based on your intake. It includes copywriting, mobile-friendly design, a contact form, basic on-page SEO, and 2 rounds of revisions. The full list is on our pricing page. Online stores, booking engines, customer logins, and ongoing SEO campaigns are not included.
2. Intake and review
You complete our intake before paying. We review it within 1 business day of payment and either approve it, request missing items, or decline it. If we decline or can't get what we need, you get a full refund under our Refund Policy.
3. Timeline
We aim to deliver a first draft within 7 business days after your intake is approved and complete. Delays in getting us content, approvals, or domain access pause the timeline.
4. Revisions
You get 2 revision rounds: one on the first draft and one after launch. Changes outside the original scope may be offered as a paid add-on, priced before any work starts.
5. Your content
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the logos, photos, testimonials, and text you give us, and that the information about your business is accurate. You are responsible for any license numbers, legal disclosures, or claims your trade or state requires.
6. Ownership
Once paid in full, the website content and design files we create for you are yours. Your domain is registered in your name. Licensed stock photos stay under their original license terms. We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Hosting
Hosting for the first year is included.

9. What we won't build
We don't build sites for illegal or deceptive businesses, adult content, gambling, or anything that copies another business's brand or content.
