Refund Policy

Our “Can we build it?” promise

You fill out our intake before you pay. After payment, we review your intake within 1 business day.

1. If we decide we can't build your site, for any reason, we'll tell you why and refund 100% of your payment.
2. If we need more information, we'll email you a list of the missing items and a deadline of at least 5 business days. You can ask for one extension. If we still don't have what we need by the deadline, or what we receive shows the project is outside our package and you don't want to add the needed option, we'll refund 100% of your payment.
3. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
