What we collect

• Intake answers: your name, email, phone, business details, and any files you upload (logos, photos, documents).
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Emails you send us and our replies.
• Basic site data: standard server logs from our hosting provider, and anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, rough location) collected by Google Analytics using cookies.

Why we use it

To review your intake, build your website, process payment and refunds, and contact you about your project. If you check the box for follow-up emails, we may remind you about an unfinished intake. You can opt out anytime.

We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to do the work:

• Our intake form provider: stores your intake answers and uploads
• Vercel (opens in new tab): hosts this website
• Google Analytics (opens in new tab): site usage stats. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on (opens in new tab).
• Our email provider: project emails
• An AI writing service: helps draft your website copy from your intake answers

How long we keep it

We keep your intake answers, files, and project emails while we build and support your site, and as long as tax and payment records require after that.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@flatratesite.com. We'll delete your intake answers and files from every service listed above, except records we're required to keep for taxes or payments.
